Harmony in Contrast

A journey of spatial mediation

In this architectural project, "Harmony in Contrast," inspired by the iconic Casa Malaparte, Echoing the essence of an epic voyage, my analysis delves into the rhythmic circulation and climbing motion, revealing the staircase as a mesmerizing pathway that weaves through captivating spaces and frames enchanting vistas, evoking distinct physical sensations. 

The design unfurls a symphony of discrete spaces, each offering unique moments of respite along the primary route. I embarked on a quest to find materials that foster a harmonious interior atmosphere, enlivening the space with glazing permeability and framing wooden V-columns that stand as captivating storytellers. With a harmonious dance of light and shadow, the section perspectives eloquently narrate the building's story, highlighting distinct user experiences even beneath the same roof. A seamless union between two contrasting parties takes center stage under a unified envelope, fostering a space that embraces solitude and companionship in harmonious balance.
